Welcome to the CFC 2027 Registration Procedure
Please follow the instructions to complete your conference registration:
- Go to the Registration Payment System button, select your registration category, register using the same email address that you used when registering on the conference website and provide the correct billing address together with your personal details.
- Select your preferred payment method and complete the registration process or payment online.
- Upon payment completion, an automatic "Order Confirmation" email with a receipt will be sent to you.
- After we verify your registration details (including verification of membership or student status), a final "Registration Confirmation" email will be sent to you.

Additional information:
Registration fees include: attendance at all scientific
sessions, coffee breaks and welcome cocktail.
Full Registration fees include: attendance at all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, welcome cocktail and congress banquet.
Lunches are not included in the registration fees.
(*) To apply for the IACM member rate, you must complete, sign, stamp, and upload the IACM form during the registration process to verify your current membership status. (downloadable form).
(**) Student registration requires proof of eligibility. You must upload either a copy of your student ID or an official letter from your academic institution (including a valid date), confirming that you hold active student status both at the time of registration and throughout the Congress. This registration category is applicable only to full-time students, postgraduates, and Ph.D. candidates. (***) Reduced fee for delegates also attending the DTE 2027 Congress This is only applicable to participants who have already completed their registration for DTE 2027. Once the registration is complete, an automatic order confirmation will be sent to the registrant, including a link to register for the CFC Conference with a 10% discount.In any case, the final application will always be verified by the Secretariat beforehand. Payment confirmation notification will be sent to the recorded e-mail address, once your payment is processed successfully.Final acceptance is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author during the early-bird period. This is a requirement to get the presentation included in the Conference programme.
Refund policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not
send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 100 USD
if the refund request is received by November 30, 2026. NO refund is admitted after
this date.
There will be no refund to the author registrants. In this case the paid fees can be
applied to a substitute speaker.
